Absolutely! Spice Communications are members of WorldPay Plc Payment Solutions. WorldPay is one of the most established companies in eCommerce world wide today. They have one of the largest client bases and every week they enable hundreds of companies to establish their e-business. Their Clients include many household names as well as thousands of smaller businesses, and since 1993 they have innovated and promoted the concept of electronic commerce. All transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Buy online - your credit card details are entered on our secure server and encrypted for extra security
Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta can all be accepted - no surcharges applied. We can accept payment in UK Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.
UK buyers can also pay by cheque, simply print out your shopping basket page when complete and send it along with your payment to the address shown here. (Clearance period required for cheques before shipping for new customers.) All cheques to be made payable to Spice Communications.

Returns Policy
We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all the packaging the item was sent in for us to review (a requirement for us to claim against insurance.) We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.
Refunds for any reason other than the above will be dealt with at the discretion of Company Management.
